Unclaimed SOL is a non-custodial Web3 tool that helps Solana users locate and reclaim unclaimed or inactive SOL balances. We never collect private wallet credentials or seed phrases.
Information We Do NOT Collect

- Request or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
- Take custody of your funds or control over your Solana wallet.
- Store any blockchain data tied to your identity.
Your wallet connection is handled directly through trusted Solana extensions (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Ledger), using secure Solana Web3 protocols.
Information We May Collect
To improve our website and service reliability, we may collect limited technical information such as:
- Basic website analytics (e.g., page views, session duration).
- Public blockchain data (on-chain addresses and balances you explicitly connect).
- Non-identifiable device and browser information (via cookies or analytics tools).
All data collection is anonymous and used solely for performance, security, and user experience improvements.
AI Scanner Skills and API Usage
UnclaimedSOL provides read-only “scan” functionality through our website and through integrations such as AI assistants (for example, custom GPTs, OpenClaw skills, and Claude skills). These scans are used to estimate reclaimable SOL for a given Solana public address. Scans do not require a private key and do not initiate transactions.
Public Wallet Addresses
When you use the scanner, you may provide a Solana public address. We treat public wallet addresses as personal data when they can be linked to an individual. We use the public address only to perform the requested scan and return results. We do not ask for or store private keys for scan-only functionality.
Log Data (IP Address, Device, and Request Metadata)
Like most online services, we automatically receive and store certain information when you access our services. This may include IP address, user agent, device and browser type, timestamps, pages or endpoints accessed, referring URL, and basic diagnostic logs. We use this information for security monitoring, abuse prevention (including rate limiting), debugging, and service reliability.
Rate Limiting and Abuse Prevention
To protect the service from automated abuse and maintain availability, we apply rate limits and other security controls. Rate limiting may use request metadata such as IP address and related technical signals. If you exceed rate limits, you may temporarily receive an error response.
Referral Parameters and Analytics
Our links may include referral parameters (for example ref=openclaw, ref=chatgpt, ref=claude, or similar) to understand which integration sent traffic to our website. Email Alerts

- Wallet address – to check your claimable balance

- We check your wallet balance every 15 minutes
- We send you ONE email when you have ≥0.01 SOL to claim
- We do not send additional emails until you claim
Third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) – stores subscription data
- Resend – sends transactional emails

- Contact us to request data deletion
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
